Grilled Sea Bass Fillets with Lemon & Herbs
Calories per serving: ~280 calories
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 sea bass fillets (around 150g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the sea bass fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with the lemon and herb marinade. Allow them to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Grill the fillets for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil and a wedge of lemon on the side.
